The Small Guide To A Big Country
Welcome to the Small Guide Travel website - designed to help you enjoy exploring this terrific country with provide with information on accommodation, hire cars and tours. As our friends from See Australia say, "Go on, get out there".
Australia is a Big Country. Make that, Australia is a BIG country.
For example, if we were to list a few great destinations around the country, they could include Broome, the Red Centre, Cape Tribulation, the Hunter Valley, Ballarat, Port Arthur, Kangaroo Island and Fremantle. A similar itinerary in distance, in the Northern Hemisphere, could be London, Budapest, Stockholm, Tehran, Kuwait, Cairo and Lisbon. This is not a loop to be tackled in a long weekend.
The Small Guide To A Big Country is more than a guide on what to see and do in Australia. It's a personal and sometimes quirky look at what Australia really is - and why it's worth discovering. It's also an invaluable tool to help plan and make the most of travelling within Australia - where to go, what to do, where to stay and how to get there for destinations Australia-wide.
If you would like a personal itinerary, including tours and accommodation, contact our good friend Elena Sutton at DownUnder Destinations.
